Question 1

How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope, platforms, and how much design or AI work is included. Most engagements start with a short discovery call, then a written estimate. For a rough range, try the project cost estimator at /estimate, then we refine the quote on a call. We do not lock an exact number without understanding your requirements.

Question 2

How long does an MVP take?

Accepted Answer

A focused MVP often takes about 2–12 weeks, depending on features, design readiness, and feedback speed. After discovery we share a realistic timeline before build starts.

Question 3

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. Client-owned code and IP are written into the project agreement. We deliver source, documentation, and deployment notes so your team can maintain the product.

Question 4

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can sign a mutual NDA before you share sensitive product or business details. Say so when you reach out and we will send ours or review yours.

Question 5

What technologies do you use?

Accepted Answer

We typically work with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, React Native or Flutter, PostgreSQL, and major clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP), plus LLM APIs when AI is part of the product. We pick the stack that fits your product and team—not a one-size-fits-all kit.

Question 6

How do you communicate during a project?

Accepted Answer

You get one primary point of contact, a shared project board, and regular demos (usually weekly). We prefer short written updates plus live walkthroughs so decisions stay visible.

Question 7

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

We can hand off fully, stay for a support window, or continue on a retainer for fixes and iteration. Handoff includes docs, access notes, and a clear ownership plan either way.

Question 8

Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We often join existing repos, review architecture, and ship alongside your engineers. We start with a codebase and process review so expectations are clear.

Question 9

Do you build AI features into existing products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We add agents, assistants, and generative features to products that already ship—with evaluation, privacy controls, and realistic limits on what the model should and should not do.

Question 10

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Send a short brief via the contact form or email hello@apexicsystems.com. We reply within 1 business day with next steps. If it is a fit, we schedule a free consultation and outline scope, timeline, and estimate path.

Question 11

Where is Apexic Systems based?

Accepted Answer

We are based in 317-Plaza, PIA Road, Lahore. We work remotely with clients in other time zones and agree meeting times that work for both sides.

Question 12

Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Options include a fixed support window after launch, monthly retainers, or project-based follow-on work. Ongoing support is typically billed from $50 / hour, with scope and retainer options defined in writing before we start.
